What Is Company Incorporation in Singapore?

Starting a business in Singapore begins with incorporating your company with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). For most entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and international businesses, the preferred structure is a Private Limited Company (Pte. Ltd.) – offering limited liability, tax advantages, and greater credibility with customers, banks, and investors.

At IBS Singapore, we make the incorporation process straightforward and hassle-free. From reserving your company name and registering your business with ACRA to appointing a Corporate Secretary, assisting with bank account opening, and guiding you through your post-incorporation compliance requirements, we take care of every step.
Once the required documents are in place, most companies can be incorporated within 1-3 business days, allowing you to focus on launching and growing your business while we handle the formalities.
